@nnightkingj no not really, because i personally hate 360 and ps3 they broadened the gaming, experience to everyone but xbox, hence means more sales for DS, and psp, which was what they mainly focused on, being on a main console isn't everything, heres the thing, even though i hate ps3s, i'd still get one cheap (or borrow) just for a KH game that came out if one comes out, and anyway KH3 is gonna be on the newer gen consoles (from what i hear) nintendo, and sony (ps3/4 or w/e they wanna call it)

Well the fact that there is two new districts makes this Traverse Town (District 4 and District 5) a bit unique. The boss in this world seems to be a Gorilla type Dream Eater.

If you want to understand the story I will explain it to you. Here goes. Since Ansem, Seeker of Darkness and Xemnas are destoyed, the real Xehanort is whole again. Therefore it also marks the return of Vanitas. When Mickey gives Yen Side the news about this he summons Sora and Riku to the Mark of Mastery Exam so they can become fully fledged Keyblade Masters. He sends them to the Realm of Sleep and they have to awaken Worlds that have been submerged in Sleep.

Therefore they are in their original Kingdom Hearts forms but they have new costumes and clothing as you can see in the trailer. And yes, Riku did get a haircut. And also at the beginning of the game, and when they're outside the Realm of Sleep, they are in their normal Kingdom Hearts II forms (their grown-up forms). Apparently Nomura said that there will be at least seven Worlds to awaken in the Realm of Slee.

I meant the Realm of Sleep. He also said that in some parts of the game (he probably means mostly the ending parts) Sora and Riku will be outside the Realm of Sleep in their normal Kingdom Hearts II forms. As of now there have been five Worlds announced to be playable in the Realm of Sleep. They are La Cite des Cloches (The Hunchback of Notre Dame world), Prankster's Paradise (Pinocchio world), Country of the Muketeers (Mickey, Donald and Goofy; The Three Musketeers world),

Symphony of Sorcery (Fantasia world) and an unamed world based on Tron: Legacy (probably a Dark Space Paranoids or something like that). There is Traverse Town playable in the Realm of Sleep as well but I'm not sure that counts. If it does then that makes a total of six worlds in the Realm of Sleep with only one more world to go. I bet you it's The Jungle Book world that wasn't used in Birth by Sleep because it's obviously going to be a Disney world. What do you think?

In fact yeah the Traverse Town world does count so I'm just hoping it's The Jungle Book world. It would make more sense and easier for the developers to add it in because they've got all the data already since it was supposed to be in Birth by Sleep but was scraped. What do you think of the world selection because it it really is just seven world then I have to say; it's a damn good selection of seven worlds!

@Mewtwo465 I want Lilo and Stitch, and for fun house of mouse, there is also Deep Jungle which I miss. Alice in Wonderland and if they could include it the Jungle Book. Though, the 3DS is very limited by it's cartidge space allowed.

Well I don't think a Lilo and Stich world would be possible for this game because Stitch is still taking refuge in Radiant Garden I think. If not then it could be possible. Deep Jungle is no longer possible to be in a Kingdom Hearts game because Edgar Rights family have secured the rights to Tarzan while Disney haven't. Wonderland is not in the Realm of Sleep so therefore it cannot be playable. The Jungle Book, however, probably IS in the Realm of Sleep.

You see, Wonderland is an awake world so therefore it would have no reason to be asleep world in the Realm of Sleep. It would be impossible for that to happen at this rate. Remember who the Dream Eaters are and you'll understand the way the dormant worlds work. The REAL Traverse Town, La Cite des Cloches, Prankster's Paradise, Country of the Musketeers, Symphony of Sorcerey and the unnamed Tron: Legacy world have all entered a stage of sleep. Remember that.

Another thing that is also most likely going to happen is that the developers will probably use up all of the things that weren't used in the final version of Birth by Sleep since both Dream Drop Distance and Birth by Sleep use the exact same gaming engine. That means the next world would be The Jungle Book world and Laguna Loire will probably be the other Final Fantasy charcter used in the game apart from the Moogles because that's how Birth by Sleep worked.

Except that game had Zack Fair remember? And Laguna Loire was supposed to be in the game as a character in the Mirage Arena but he was scrapped and put into Dissidia 012 instead. So since the developers have the data of both The Jungle Book and Laguna Loire, and since BBS and DDD run on the exact same engine, then why don't they use it up? It would be extremely easier for the developers and appealing enough for the fans wouldn't it?

So as a result the two Final Fantasy characters they would use would be the Moogles, since they've been in EVERY single Kingdom Hearts game, and Laguna Loire. If they use two, that is, and since it's the most likely option because Birth by Sleep did it (but with Zack Fair in place of Laguna Loire) and the ammount of characters from The World Ends With You isn't it?

@Npriestd No more than they ever change KH music themes. It's an "arrangement" or "remix" as some would call it. As usual, they maintain the melody of Traverse town, with just different instruments and/or tempo. You can hear the melody we all know at 0:30 - 0:38. :)
