I downloaded the patch myself i say i will have plenty of time to practice since the patch isn't done yet D:

and emulators helps lots here because of the fact you can save anytime if you get screwed just load up where you save!

You can get it from the Mother Fan Translation Project (find it on Google). They have a patch that you can apply to game roms that will put the character names, item names, and menus in English. In a couple months the whole translation will be done.
