one of my favorite moments was in uncharted 2 when you're trying to save Chloe from lazarevic and she's in a train and then when you come to the wagon in which she's been held you get shot and the train derails after and starts flying and barrel rolling like crazy :D

Honestly Mass Effect and Assassin's Creed alone have done a good job of keeping me going with gaming. Best moments out of both? Mass Effect the ends of both games, Assassin's Creed basically all the twists and WTF moments of the three main games, oh and not the forget seeing Rapture for the first time in Bioshock.
