I don't expect someone like you without any skills or gifts to understand this, but something that musicians do when they're young, is they get in/start bands, and then move on as they improve. They find new musicians, new setups, new friends with studios. What they do is they use this natural rise in experience to make better music over time.

I'm free whenever you would like some more info.
