I agree, this was a misleading diatribe about things intelligent people already know. Funny thing is that usually it's Liberals who complain that the FCC isn't doing enough, but when a Conservative gets into office and eases a lot of what the FCC is doing, suddenly Libs are in an uproar about the evils of the FCC. trip - The FCC is FAR more lenient these days that it used to be. Media is less regulated, and the FCC has less restrictions on content. So how can people be complaining about a "big brother" type atmosphere? Howard Stern left broadcast radio because he couldn't say "fuck" on the air. Is that the FCC's fault? No, it's his choice. Should broadcast radio allow "fuck" on the air? Where do you draw the line on content?
