Is that an R/C strip? What's that full scale aircraft doing out there?

It's a static aircraft. Was going to be trashed and our field founders saved it and refurbished it. Now its a nice little addition to our field.

That occurred to me when I saw that there were no other actual airstrip facilities nearby. That static is not on a pad, is it? You guys just keep the grass down?
