Kenny may have been around "way before" TMS premiered... but he wasn't popular he had a total of ONLY six videos... there were only a few months old, and not popular. I never even knew this channel existed until after I had posted some 40+ episodes.
@JPizzle1122, not true. My first episode of microwaving a light bulb already had aquarter million views. I already had over 1800 subs in 2006 which was very good considering youtube had only been active for short time prior and the site was still new. Two out of the six episodes where already viral and I had nearly two million total video views so if that is not popular I do not know what is and by the time you actaully started your show 14 mths later there was more than six episodes on my show.

The first episode I did was microwaving a lightbulb the very same as you later did for your first episode 14 months later. Yes, it was a microwave show and the first time I tried to actually form a show was with the 22 episode microwave show I produced for a school project in 1991 known as dOve's Fantastic Microwave Theater which evolved to be dOvetastic Microwave Theater.

@soundspark, I agree. There is simple fixes to these problems. Have partner support phone line available to all partners. Allow ad sharing & features on flagged content which youtube and google can make more revenue off of. Obvioudsly advertisers will advertise on Jon's flagged content so they have an arrangement proven to work with age restricted content. If those two things were put into place, I would be so very happy.
@soundspark, having ad sharing & features on partner flagged content will also help discourage users from abusing the site features to flag spam partners or content they simple don't like.

Google is notorious as having THE worst customer support of any business. I dare you to actually contact them about an issue with Gmail (especially paying Gmail customers), or when your adsense is suddenly suspended and you have to prove your innocence when they keep all the evidence from you. I can go on about this for days.
This is terrible. At the beginning was the worst part. Your videos are not really "dangerous activities" because you say "DO NOT ATTEMPT" and plus you take a lot of precautions. I say you have the best microwave show ever. I think you should have the ability to do ANYTHING it takes to get of out this. So I hope you find the number, so you can end this problem. Sadly, everytime I try to appeal a flag youtube staff rejects it every single time. I have yet to see them unflag an age restricted video of mine. Staff can accept hate speech spam & vids against muslims, yet microwaving a PSP Vita is considered adult material. The question is "will it unflag" no it will not. They have yet to prove me wrong on that.

I've been a YouTube partner with another channel and they will turn their back on you the moment you don't provide enough money for them. You are right it is business, and Google only cares about you as long as you drive them more money.
False flagging is an issue, and any partner should be able to gain flag immunity like shows have. The legal issue I mention are a combination of things.

Those partnered accounts you mentioned, are those all linked to your main partnership or are they separate. If they are linked then that explains it, or possibly because they have no had a check issued yet. Click bombing does exist, and if you get too high of a CTR they get pissed as well.

I had an argument with him last month about abusing the AdSense system (It was a video irrelevant to the microwave show however) and he pretty much tried forcing me to apologize, which I did not do, obviously. Mainly because he was personally attacking me in such an immature way.
Now he's telling you to grow up, but also trying to force you to remove this video?

Kenny may have been around "way before" TMS premiered... but he wasn't popular he had a total of ONLY six videos... there were only a few months old, and not popular. I never even knew this channel existed until after I had posted some 40+ episodes.

@JPizzle1122, not true. My first episode of microwaving a light bulb already had aquarter million views. I already had over 1800 subs in 2006 which was very good considering youtube had only been active for short time prior and the site was still new. Two out of the six episodes where already viral and I had nearly two million total video views so if that is not popular I do not know what is and by the time you actaully started your show 14 mths later there was more than six episodes on my show.

The first episode I did was microwaving a lightbulb the very same as you later did for your first episode 14 months later. Yes, it was a microwave show and the first time I tried to actually form a show was with the 22 episode microwave show I produced for a school project in 1991 known as dOve's Fantastic Microwave Theater which evolved to be dOvetastic Microwave Theater.

@soundspark, I agree. There is simple fixes to these problems. Have partner support phone line available to all partners. Allow ad sharing & features on flagged content which youtube and google can make more revenue off of. Obvioudsly advertisers will advertise on Jon's flagged content so they have an arrangement proven to work with age restricted content. If those two things were put into place, I would be so very happy.

Google is notorious as having THE worst customer support of any business. I dare you to actually contact them about an issue with Gmail (especially paying Gmail customers), or when your adsense is suddenly suspended and you have to prove your innocence when they keep all the evidence from you. I can go on about this for days.

This is terrible. At the beginning was the worst part. Your videos are not really "dangerous activities" because you say "DO NOT ATTEMPT" and plus you take a lot of precautions. Sadly, everytime I try to appeal a flag youtube staff rejects it every single time. I have yet to see them unflag an age restricted video of mine. Staff can accept hate speech spam & vids against muslims, yet microwaving a PSP Vita is considered adult material. The question is "will it unflag" no it will not. They have yet to prove me wrong on that.

I've been a YouTube partner with another channel and they will turn their back on you the moment you don't provide enough money for them. You are right it is business, and Google only cares about you as long as you drive them more money.
False flagging is an issue, and any partner should be able to gain flag immunity like shows have. The legal issue I mention are a combination of things.

1) I personally own Partnered accounts that don't have any videos uploaded... YouTube doesn't care.
2) False flagging isn't an issue... because it doesn't exist. All videos that genuinely violate the guidelines get restricted.
3) Any partner *CAN* gain flag immunity from show-status. Unfortunately though, those videos aren't actually immune, and TMS is a great example.
So... you're wrong on all three counts, way to go.

Those partnered accounts you mentioned, are those all linked to your main partnership or are they separate. If they are linked then that explains it, or possibly because they have no had a check issued yet. Click bombing does exist, and if you get too high of a CTR they get pissed as well.
How do you avoid the flagging on your microwave videos, I must be missing a detail.

Until things finally get resolved I have can only release about 2-3 new episodes a month and this PPSP Vita video getting flag spammed was a huge blow to me. I had that video planned for over a year.

Mr. Dove. How about trying to like.... add those "Dont do this at home" messages and such to your videos? I say his videos and yours are totally different. You show EVERYTHING (Which is awesome btw!), however that easily violates the community guidelines. I think they dodged alot of flagging problems simply by adding those "Dont do this at home" messages and such (And the fact they dont really show whats happening).

He's one of the most viewed people on this site, and thus, the high percentage of calls will be from fans and/ or haters. Not people trying to reason with him about his show, or more importantly, your show. I'd be in full support of him releasing his number to you, as I, among a lot of others, firmly believe that things need sorting out, and this is surely the best way to do it.
