your pituitary glad is not stimulated enough... stop chakra meditation immediately for a month or so and in the interval do tratak(flame) meditation.... once your gland gets enough stimulation from tratak, start chakra meditation again

Well I done this couple times now, never enough time to do all in one go as yet. Fine yesterday with doing bottom upwards, cept I fell asleep before getting to end.

Then today, i started from throat upwards and after 10 mins after the crown I been feeling dizzy. Is an hour later and my head is still spinning. No joke I've nearly fell over a few times now. Not liking this!!??

Huh...for me it seems like the chi comes in through my crown chakra on inhale, travels through the various chakras and exits through the 7th. Then on the inhale its reversed. The chi never "stops" inside me, but is always just "passing through". Might be completely wrong on this, and haven't read too much about it, but that's how I feel anyway...

If you feel weird things while concentrating on the crown chakra, you might have done it in a wrong order. You need to have a sufficient connection to the earth. I recommend you to concentrate on the lower chakras first, starting all the way from the root chakra. It's really important to have your feet securely grounded especially when you meditate on crown chakra.

One that I can remember was a sudden uncertainty about my body, twitches or even sensations of pain, headache etc. and maybe a slight feeling of panic because my sensations about myself just didn't feel right. Imagine a child being told or placed to do something that only adults can handle. The pressure is too much.

I see... Energy must accumulate starting from the bottom chakra... once it accumulates it will be concentrated there... then it can be pulled up to the next chakra and then finally released fully. If the 9th Chakra is the one that communicates with the universe... what is it communicating. is it receiving or sending. in the morning it is receiving. at night it sends... when you create new information for the universe it receives more... making the tingle feeling at the top of your head.
