Why do people make these types of videos? There are non-dismissible evidence that proves his alive! The only one that might go either way, is the end scene CC could be talking to lulu the wagon's driver, or she could be talking to lulu who is dead and is talking to him in C's world. But he is not dead, he has Charles' code and possibly his geass, sense he didnt take CC's code his geass hasnt disappeared, thou not 100% sure on that, but I'm 100% sure he is alive.

that's why there's Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion, Code Geass: Nightmare of Nunally, AND Code Geass: Suzaku of the Counterattack.

To the poster one page back you don't have to kill a code bearer to steal their code V.V. died from his wounds, and the nun killed herself after giving C.C. her code. Transfer of a code must be not be something you can choose to do or not do it just happens when the right conditions are met. I don't know what these conditions are other than you need a fully evolved geass to take a code as in it must be in both eyes.

No. But the code has to be willingly given. Charles stole V.V.'s code because V.V. accepted death and wanted Charles to live. And the Nun willingly gave C.C. her code to die. Charles never transferred his code to Lelouch. Because he never intended to. Therefore, Lelouch does not have the Code. There's no way to transfer if the person who has the code does not wish to give it to someone.

i would like a happy ending but i strongly believe Lelouch might be as well as dead. He did not receive V.V's code which was passed to Charles because he did not directly kill Charles. Charles was consumed away by the World of C therefore when under the influence of Lelouch's geass on the World of C itself, Charles "agreement" brought fought his own death. The only hint that might be valid is that at 3:45 they panned the side of the carriage...
