TonboXChocho did you ever read the Chozo-Lore's, Pirate-Data's and the whole scans of both Metroid Prime (first from + second form) inside of the Metroid Prime game cuz I do remember that in 1 or more of the Pirate-Data's says the when Prime was in a holding tank he sensing phazon inside the Phazon-Mine's then he broke out of the holding tank went to the phazon and eats it and if you ever went to wikipedia it says so there they give you multi-story's of how Prime came to Exist belive me I know

I'm with DLSMaster here. I'm 99% sure that Metroid Prime is a Metroid mutated by extreme amounts of phazon from a Leviathan. This is further supported by the extreme mutations that the creatures in Prime 3 underwent while in the Leviathans. Even without lore to back it up, that's pretty good reasoning. Also, Dark Samus's skull / skeletal system bear way too many resemblances to a metroid to be conincidental. I'm not saying it's canon, but that's just using logic.

you would be right in that he couldnt collect anymore, i didnt know there were six engery tanks considering you can only keep five, but like in the first metroid there are seven engery tanks but you can only keep six.
