  • You did that with only one piece of equipment? You don't run,do calisthenics or lift weights? How long have you been strand pulling? What was your physique like before you started? I know I have lots of questions but it's fascinating someone can have such a well developed and defined physique from using only one piece of equipment? What you did is amazing !

  • @xxdonaldqxxx Thank you for your very kind words. Honestly, I think if someone pulls tubing (like I have done for years) or lifted weights or did bodyweight exercises, etc; and if they are consistent and eat decent, they too will achieve useful results. I am positive many have done the same before me. I do appreciate your kind words. Thank you. Take good care. Fred

  • @leveragepinning Thanks for responding to my comment. If you don't mind I have one last question. What muscle groups are worked when doing the classic or standard (I really don't know what the movement is called), reverse fly? That movement is when the arms are placed straight and the chest expander is pulled apart until the strands touch the chest?

  • @xxdonaldqxxx Do a Google search with: Fatman Guide to Cable Training 2

It might be way more info than you wish. But thought you'd enjoy it. Take good care. Fred

  • @leveragepinning Thanks Fred !

  • @xxdonaldqxxx You might be able to do a Google search with some keywords you can figure out from that reference, if you want further references. Best to you! Fred

  • @leveragepinning The Fatman Guide was very informative and an interesting read. I have been looking for information concerning strand pulling and chest expanders but haven't had much luck. For some reason there doesn't seem to be much information out there for cable exercises. The Fatman guide is just what I needed. Thanks again ! Don

  • @xxdonaldqxxx Glad I could help. Take good care.Fred

  • you have an amazing physique. true inspiration. keep it up budy.

  • @fonzee54 Thank you for your kind words. Of course there are many out there (whether they use weights, bodyweight exercises, strands (rubber or springs) with handles, machines, etc. that have gotten very good results as well. I found something I enjoy doing consistently in my lifestyle. Also going for realistic (for me) goals helps. If I can do it, many, many others certainly have and can! Again, thank you for your kind words and take very good care. Fred

  • thats badass

  • Who is your pick for tomorrow night? Diaz or Condit.

  • @shurdawg Seems to me it depends which Diaz and Condit shows up. I hope they both bring their "A" game. Guess we will see soon enough! Take good care. Fred

  • wow, outstanding!

  • @Cansseco Thank you. I appreciate your comment. If I can do it, certainly many can! Just takes a bit of knowledge on how to use a piece of tubing, then being consistent, keeping it fun; all within the frame of realistic goals. Also not buying into those who wish to discourage. Again, thank you for taking the time to post. Take good care.

  • You'll do well in Natural BBing grand master. Good job.

  • @swaapo Much appreciated; thank you for posting. Take good care. Fred

  • Well done Mr Crivello.

    Inspirational stuff.

  • @mupptastic Thanks for your comment. The truth is (for me anyway) one needs to find a decent way to consistently work out that is also fun. Also go towards realistic goals. I think sometimes folks (however they decide to exercise) try to do way too much too soon; then they give up. Bit by bit; make smaller goals first and then build on them. Anyway, that is how I look at it. Again, thank you for your comment. Take good care. Fred
