I have the same board and processor. What did you do exactly to oc it to 4.0? I was thinking about putting on the hyper 212+ hsf if i oc it though.

@TheLaserSharks I would just get water cooling on those guys, its safer, and its also better temp....

i wanna do my 2nd computer build and wanna get this mb and a i5 2500k. i have a AM3 mb with a AMD Phenom II 955 OC'ed to 3.8gz right now.

@cutthroatrecordz well I was able to oc my 2500k 3.3ghz to 4.0ghz with stock fan, and it's stable... I'm a novice when it comes to overclocking but maybe ur not, it's still a good board if u pair it with the spec I got (listed on the video info)
