It's an experimental test car, it's not available for the general public. The price is immaterial, these people volunteered to be part of a beta-test, they obviously have the money to do so. Look at the Nissan LEAF, you can buy it for 25K or lease it for #350/month. Then the fuel cost you $3.00 to drive 100 miles
