Those eco shits at the California Air Nazi Resources board want zero emissions by 2020! I will now have to cheat on my smog checks because of those shits!
All budget items need to be cut in half regardless of what they do until the government can pay it's bills. Just as you say revenue is down and with budgets not contracting at the same ratio there will be more bigger problems later.
they already can't fix this, because there is to much about government workers taking some of the pain. When private companies have to down size they just do it, that's they was business has to be. I was laid off 3 different time in the grocery business.
these dept's have to be downsized at least by 40 to 50%
@vawt1953 Oh they will eventually have to close more departments because there will not be enough workers to justify the existence of the department. But this air quality stuff is for the green economy and that is expanding. Many pork barrel programs will be maintained because of UN or Federal mandate there will be more waste and corruption in the future.
