1. It seems like he maxes Q first and doesn't take E until Lv5. hes Q already scales 100% AD at lv 1 and that is already really good and his E is usually the main source of dmg cuz its a DPS, not a instant dmg and do more dmg overall.

it should go like this

2. He misses ALot, i mean his E And that is his Main source dmg. And i saw that he didn't Dives, Still jarvan had the agroo and He have a Awesome Shield block, They both shoulda survived and get a kill.
