Do you ever notice how audi drivers are always the most ignorant on the roads? They think that just because they own a moderatly priced car that is basically a VW with a different shell that they own the roads. I drive an X5 and I make my own roads.
Texting should be legal at traffic light's, some of them take a good min or two to change. However i think it's dangerous to text when your actually driving.

If you were caught paying more attention to the radio with your hands than watching the road then you'd probably be pulled over for that too, at least in the UK where I am. It also isn't actually recommended to listen to music, especially loud music, good driving takes listening to your surroundings as well.

most people aren't clumbsy enough to drop a cigarette while driving so I doubt police would waste their time on this when more pressing issues need attention, but I still think it is silly to smoke and drive. It makes you less alert just as alcohol, talking on phone, or eating while driving does.

@MetalFan10101 Well you don't listen to the radio with your hands once you find the station or song you want so of course you are allowed to listen while driving. If you were caught paying more attention to the radio with your hands than watching the road then you'd probably be pulled over for that too, at least in the UK where I am. It also isn't actually recommended to listen to music, especially loud music, good driving takes listening to your surroundings as well.
