very easy, u have volume control on headphones, so if u wanna speak just turn volume control down, and when u wanna listen music then u just turn volume high :)) very simple :)

You take your headphones off - or just one ear. It's the best thing since! You don't get noise police. I think the best in the business are Silent Safaris, I hear the have the best wireless headphone discos in the world!
