My grandpa really WAS a milkman. But he stayed faithful and didn't make any "special deliveries" to anyone but my grandma. Were together for 56yrs til God called him home. She rejoined him 4 years later. This song never fails to make me think of, and miss, them both.
Haha. Thanks guys, i made this video quite a long time ago and I'm under a different username now,e but check out my video blogs! They're better than this video. Lol
i'm priviledged to have my bands practice house just a few cornfields over from where these guys and blackstone cherry practice at. ROCK ON HEADHUNTERS
Our singer brought this tune to the band last practice ...other than it has the same hook as "the hand jive" .... gonna add it to the set list..thanks for posting it!
I love this tune. I finally convinced the band to start doing this song. We played it last weekend and I was surprised at how huge a reception it got! SRO on the dance floor.
I have been hoping someone would post this for what seems like forever. It totally rocks. And, of course, two of the band members have young relatives in Black Stone Cherry, another kick-butt Southern rock-sounding band.
This is the song! Back where I come from while growing up the girls who knew how, would do what they call a Texas Ten-Step to this song. They would line both sides of the dance floor facing each other and it was so great it would get us cowboys all worked up! For a minute I was back there.
My nephew said check this video. Time will tell.
