  • Hi, I like to cook about 8 tortillas wrapped in a kitchen towel in the microwave for 1:45 dip them in the suace and then roll them with the ingredients, less fat and calories;)

  • You can probably skin a deer with a shoe!

  • Better with Mole',and Munster cheese.

  • Love the dog. What's his name? Yeah, that's Tex Mex. You fry the corn tortilla and dip in enchilada sauce. That's what I'm talking about! Top with on-yons! Love it!

  • Sapo you must really love Texas! You did great!

  • I'm curious? What is the purpose of frying them? I've made with my own recipe but I never fry them first? Seems like wasted calories....just saying?

  • @614Eileen That's Tex Mex Eileen. You just fry it.

  • @614Eileen he is not frying them he is getting them soft.. so he could roll them.

  • @scythempress1 What part are you disagreeing with? I'm Tejana and aside from making my own homemade enchilada sauce, I fry the corn tortilla and dip it in enchilada sauce just like the video shows. How do you make them?

  • Sapo, ever tried making this with a can of Wolf Brand Chili? Well you oughta! Prepare the same way without the enchilada sauce.. instead once you have them layed out in your pan.. you add the heated wolf brand chili over the top and load em up with more cheese and pop them in the oven at 350 for about 12 to 15 minutes, and they are awesome!!! Gotta try it this way too! Thanks for the video's keep em coming!

  • @DottieCG89 ok, thank you...

  • @CookinWithSurfinSapo How long do you bake it for and how warm is the oven?

  • @101jakew about 350 for 20 minutes or so.... Until the cheese melts atleast
