Beautiful. Pure magic. I'm curious but really do not want to know all of Disney's secrets. My children have never been in real snow. Disneyland is the closest they have gotten. So to them....it is magic. I want to keep it a magical place for them....as it has been for me for 40 years.

I have to make a correction to my previous post. Kellie Coffey is the vocalist for "White Christmas" at the end of "Believe...In Holiday Magic", the 1st track on the CD. the vocalist for "Shine" is Miriam Stockley. My apologies for the error.

The name of the song is "Shine".  It's a rework of the original song form the short lived "Luminaria" at Disney's California Adventure in 2001. It's sung by Kellie Coffey, and sadly, the only place it was available was on the "Disneyland Holiday Magic" CD that was sold that year.

im pretty sure, i would know her voice anywhere! also i know that she has worked for Disney for years, its very possible that they had her come and do this for them. she has been in many shows for them and voice overs before. she got her start with Disneyland and universal studios! listen to the way she sings her "r's" then youtube wickeds im not that girl and its totally her! im going to Disneyland next week! i will research more there!

Size means nothing, every park has their own characteristics and all belong to the same company and all have one man to thank, Walt Disney. That's what truly matters, his gift of magic and the Happiest Places on Earth, and we should treasure them forever. Thanks to Walt, his Magic and Dreams spread around the world and they should not be compared to each other, but enjoyed and believed in.

At Disneyland they have a fireworks spectacular every night, but they change it for Christmas (even though it's still daily =) ) They do fireworks and snow. ^^ The parade also changes. =) It's so beautiful and magical!

This was Disneyland Anaheim in 2007 because I was there and this was the first time they lit up the castle this way. I'm hoping they do the same thing next year.

well - while disneyland is special - you can fit it in Walt Disney World's parking lot with space left over for over 500,000 cars. That's tiny. So, us here in Orlando - really have something quite epic. Sorry guys.

Yes, WDW is quite great. I love all the empty space where classic attractions used to sit. The often late overcrowded buses. The special ticketed events. I especially enjoy the holiday dining tax, paying more to eat during "peak" periods.

At WDW you can experience the the classics, from Mr. Toad-whoops. Well there's still 20,000 Leagues-wait. At least there's the Tiki Room-damn.

At Walt Disney World they have the gift of space. You'd think they'd fill it with some attractions or something.

I'm a native Californian and have been to both. It's true, as a whole, Disneyworld is better than Disneyland Resort. However, individually the Magic Kingdom in Anaheim is FAR better than the Magic Kingdom in Orlando. Although it's bigger it's missing a lot of things such as charm, nostalgia, and attractions. Disneyland CA will always be the best!!

the castle lit up like this is AMAZING and sooooo beautiful! lol, dont try to catch the snow on ur tongue though...its soap lol. what would b even better is if they reopened the interior of the castle. u used to b able to walk through and see this really cool display w large dolls n puppets that showed sleeping beauty's story. i recently found out it was closed after searching for it :( at least i have the memories though!

and i relaly think DLR is better than WDW just in general beacuse, without DLR there would not be a WDW.. so if all you WDW fans go on about how DLR is small or WDW is better than go ahead, but DLR has something more special! and alot more history.
