It's unfortunate that she never really experienced pure Islam in it entirety. Bad experiences with her parents and cultural influences skewed her understanding of Islam. It happens all to often that people mistake culture for religion and cannot set the two apart. I don't even know if she was a Muslim to begin with because she didn't believe in Jesus, nor did she believe that God is the most merciful. God became human to show us how to live - how to be kind to one another, how to treat each other. To give us a perfect example that all can follow for eternity. @baskuk Yes keep them coming, I can answer every one of those. Very simple. Jesus was saying that if people recognize that He is good then they should know that He is God. They should recognize that God is the source of goodness, not man. He was raising people's minds to recognize the Messiah. Additionally, the emphasis here is on the 'you' - as in, why do YOU call me good? Read the whole thing and it'll become clear.
Hope you understand it correctly now. And it's Luke 18: 19 not Mark 10: 18

It's unfortunate that she never really experienced pure Islam in it entirety. Bad experiences with her parents and cultural influences skewed her understanding of Islam. It happens all to often that people mistake culture for religion and cannot set the two apart. I don't even know if she was a Muslim to begin with because she didn't believe in Jesus, nor did she believe that God is the most merciful. For some reason there is a misconception that Jesus was not recognized by Islam.

@baskuk You obviously don't have a clue about Christianity or the Ten Commandments then. God never died in Christianity, only Jesus's human body died. God became human to show us how to live - how to be kind to one another, how to treat each other. To give us a perfect example that all can follow for eternity. And that is what Jesus did - he was perfect and gave us a timeless example that humanity can always follow. He shared his bread with all, was always kind, always helped others.

@baskuk Yes the Bible sais that God will take on human form. The divine Messiah is predicted in the Old Testament:
Isaiah 7:14: “Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.”
“Immanuel” literally means: “God with us.” See also Matthew 1:23; Jesus was “God with us.” There is so much proof that Jesus is God - he accepted worship from his disciples, and tells us he is eternal and that He is the truth

And when we refer to the Father - Son relationship we do not mean it literally, like in human terms. It is a point of reference. That there is complete unity between the two.
Jesus tells us 'I tell you the truth, before Abraham was born, I am.' This even though Abraham was born thousands of years before.

@baskuk Actually my friend, the Bible is not corrupt. The story of Jesus is always the same - his words and actions are always the same. There are some minor differences in interpretation but the core story is always the same, and the story and teachings of Jesus are always the same.
And the fastest growing religion in the world is Christianity, both in real terms and in conversions. In fact, 1 out of 9 muslims becomes a Christian.

Jesus said i and the father are one in the sense of believing and not as one thing , he wanted people to believe in god and he said that i and the father are one , because people couldnt see the father , he was sent by the father to convince people to believe in the creator the father , which makes him a messenger of the father , he didn't say i am god but he said that the father is God , which makes more sense in islam

@TheEmirata i am interpreting jesus words in what makes sense ! cos its obvious that he cant be one with God its imposible and illogical ! and to prove that he is not God or in one with god , he says that the father is greater than him ? that proves that he is not one with the father , its logical !!! not my interpretation but Jesu's interpretation , second : god is not a human says in the bible , so how come Jesus is one with god , think what you are saying

Jesus said tha t whoever has seen me has seen God in the sense of believing not that they are one thing ! because it doesnt make sense ! if god and Jesus are one than why Jesus didn't know many things but he said the father knows and i do what he wills ! aswer me that ? non can answer that cos they are believing that way and not using common sense

Nothing does! If Allah makes sense, why would he allow Muhammad many many wives and yet limit 4 wives to other men? Why would he allow stoning of adulterer women but not men? Does it makes sense that men can marry more than once and women cannot?

@TheEmirata hahha you need to study really hard cos you are no where ! first of all Muhammad could have married unlimited wifes before islam do you know that ? the society he was living allowed men to marrie as many wifes as they can ok ! so when Muhammed brought islam he said it will be only 4 wifes , from unlimited he now cut it to 4 wifes , and that society he was living women were looked as nothing , babies that were girls were buried alive , and he changed all that through islam !

@TheEmirata you read newspaers and watch youtube on information and you don't read the Quran ! both the men and the women get stoned if they are found guilty, and that the Bible says that too ! a man can marry more than one wife , that doesn't mean that you definnitely have to marry more than one its just an option for somebody that is very horny person and aggrees with his wifes too , if the wifes don't agree than no !
