CRAIG in Campbell!? Are you serious?? He's my teacher too! Wow... I can't play like that yet though.. ;_; How long has he been teaching you. I think I just started learning from him around the time that you posted this video. ^-^;;
That's awesome! ;_; I hope I could play like that in a year. I don't think there's many craig takeshitas in the bay area that teach guitar lol so I'm pretty sure he's the same teacher :) I'll let him know I bumped into you online! Man, what a small world! I was just looking at random guitar videos when I found you.
Try turning the gain all the way up and then adjust your volume.Turn bass to half and treble to half,make sure your volume and tone on your guitar are all the way up as it will give it more loudness,if your tone is turned down that will cause you to sound kinda bassy.Hope i helped.
Pretty good i hope you win.I recently commented on this kids cover of rock of ages and told him he was out of tune and didnt know the song i never called him any names he couldnt take the truth and called me a bitch oh!well.So please dont get mad at me for saying this you need more distortion on your amp sounds kinda bassy but good i have been playing 4 16 year by the way.Keep playing and you will get better and better.Peace.
i have to agree with you 100% here.hey,do you think you could check out my video?it's "Josh Todd Lovely Bones cover",it's vocals not guitar tho.i'm just looking for some honest opinions on it.i plan on uploading a better version soon too,so keep that in mind.thanx,hope you like it!
Hey! Thanks for the comment! =) I like constructive criticism. hehe...
Yeah. I've been trying and trying to get the amp to sound the way i want it. but i cant seem to get it to work. thanks for the tips though!! ill turn down the bass and up the distortion. I just dont like the super whiny sound you know? any tips as to how to configure the amp?
wow,i think if this had some really professional gear(marshall amps,gibson or fender guitar)this would be great,your a good player.what is your gear in this video?is this hard to play?i play guitar too!i started lessons in may.i sing more though.
I've got a les paul copy,a jackson and a Mg250 Marshall amp.i just started getting the good stuff!i've had the amp for about 2 months and the jackson for possibly 3 weeks to a month.but trust me ,we didnt waset lots of money,both are used and from pawn shops,but in amazing condition,i got the amp for 150,and i traded 2 guitars my grandma gave me and 10 dollars for the guitar.sweet deal huh.i have to agree with defjarjar,just some more distortion okay.they're right,it does sound kinda bassy.
