Damn, my Nana turned off my iPod touch this morning. I was on the laptop, in my office, my mom was in the kitchen, and then, all of a sudden, my iPod went on pause, and then the volume went down. It is right next to my mom's mechanical angel.
A bug flew in front of the camera, the flash from the disposable camera washed it out, and that's how it appears on the film. If the family wants to believe otherwise and take comfort from it then I have no problem with it.. Just don't berate the rest of us who have a different opinion.

It's no angel, or ghost. These kinds of anomalies are found in video and photo shots all the time.
But hey, if the father and family wanna believe it, and it gives them comfort, I don't want to take that away from them. But we're able to look at this objectively, and any photo expert will tell you this is common and nothing supernatural.

A bug flew in front of the camera, the flash from the disposable camera washed it out, and that's how it appears on the film. If the family wants to believe otherwise and take comfort from it then I have no problem with it.. Just don't berate the rest of us who have a different opinion.

@kilroy055 I disagree. For it to be a reflection on the camera lens, someone or something standing in front of the camera would have to match the reflection. There's no one in frame that is hunched over, arms dangling, and legs stretched in that position. It's one thing not to believe, but it's another to make baseless assumptions without doing an analysis of the evidence first.

To say it is a soul of a deceased person that is ascending to a specific religion's heaven is a bold jump from saying that the image in question is shaped like a person.

They are not moving around, thinking, or any such think. There are 54 verses in the Bible that talks about death as "sleep".
