  • GOOD DRILL ! Mostly endurance though . . .

  • @OUTDOORSGY09 If you're doing a full out sprint and jumping as high as you possibly can then you are not conditioning or building endurance. Endurance would pacing yourself over a much longer distance or doing something like jump roping.
