There were at least 25 passes where he led the receiver perfectly with big YAC, including at least 13 of 10-19 YAC, 3 of 20 YAC, 2 of 30 YAC and one of 55 YAC on a scramble, and most of the ones where there were no big YAC were sideline plays or touchdowns, including one at the back of the end zone and two perfect over the shoulder passes in the endzone for TD's. I counted less than a handful of passes with little or no YAC.
Every pass play is 4-verts..impossible to tell much as the reads for that play are very easy. Looks to have decent touch and seems to be a good athlete though.

Plus, ND didn't have a defense when Clausen and Quinn were there. They put up plenty of points, but they had no D to back them up. Kiel is a great player from what I've seen and he'll do great in Kelly's offense.

@bendermi1 That's why college FBS programs have experienced QB coaches to work with them (Kragthorpe at LSU is supposed to be quite good). He makes plenty of good pocket throws in this video. He does seem a little jumpy (I'm not a fan of overmuch foot movement), but that's something they'll work on, as well as the delivery, which looks to need a bit more follow through.

Glad to see this kid headed to LSU. keep in mind that LSU was also undefeated with JL at the QB. Wasn't that Jordan Jefferson the same guy who kicked a guy in the head, probably the same armed suspect reported near kirby hall two weeks ago. Jefferson really was great in the first half of the GA game. He's a thug and can't wait to see him go. He may have been good for LSU Football, but he's bad for LSU!

Big strong kid but bust at the next level!!! Short arms his throws, has bad feet and cant throw from within the pocket and has to be on the move to make plays. Another combine kid that really hasn't done anything on the field. His highlight tape is garbage. I can garuntee you that there is10 better QBs in the MAC and 1AA than this kid. Be careful what you wish for?

@bendermi1 That's why college FBS programs have experienced QB coaches to work with them (Kragthorpe at LSU is supposed to be quite good). He makes plenty of good pocket throws in this video. He does seem a little jumpy (I'm not a fan of overmuch foot movement), but that's something they'll work on, as well as the delivery, which looks to need a bit more follow through.

He's going to LSU.
All signs are pointing to him being a Tiger. He wants to play for and compete with the best. He wants to be coached by a great QB coach like Kragthorpe. He has already said that his heart is pulling him towards LSU.
Every recruit has an urge to stay close to home, but if Kiel is making the best decision for his future, LSU is that way to go. The SEC is the NFL's farm league.

@bigchickenfu He wants to play for a team that has actually been relevant in the last decade.........LSU. In fact, I remember when LSU played Notre Dame in the Sugar Bowl back in 2006. How bad did LSU demolish ND? Wasn't it 41-14.
Besides, what QB would want to play for a team that every time something goes wrong, you have an irate baboon screaming in your face and spitting all over you. Kelly is a straight up douche and isn't near the quality of coach, and person, that Les Miles is.
