I hated fighting against Limbo Man and Limbo Woman together in that tiny ass room. But I do pity them they were used in the cutting ritual which Sae did to them and when I heard she did that I said "DAMN!!!! That's fucked up!!"
i noticed that once u enter the great hall room,(when i played), there was a wall with birds on it and i cliked it. Then i waited a couple of mins then all of a sudden a a creepy face cam out of nowhere.
I remember telling my sister when the flashlight went out that there should have been a button that said *sit like a slug, you've just been screwed* that was when my mom popped in and we screamed like girls and the controler went across the room LMAO
The ones scared me was those kid ghosts, and one that fell off the steps and broke her neck and would crawl towards you and bite you, and the one that would scream "My arms!"
Meh...thats nothing...I got killed a total of seven times...:D...=_=....heh......The first time because I thought you were supposed to fight him, the second time because I tried to...I don't know....lets just say horror games just aren't my specialty lol

Hey, fatalframer39, you do know that there is a thing on the option in the menu to put a sub on the radio, though it does get rid of the creepyness but you can understand it. Anyway thanks for the upload, I needed to see that scary part again after being forced out of my seat at home.

? For you at the end of this video before she runs up the stairs. When she picks up the stone mirror there is this bag to her left. Ne idea what it is? Because my friend and i were playing this and we saw that bag and it kinda freaked up out for some reason. Thanks.
it isn't a bag is a drogon estatue cover by clothes. in one part (i dont remember which) of the game if you go there you will see it and in the hand of the dragon will be is a new equipment for the camara
why does this guy take pictures of things like terrified man, drowned woman, priest behind, and all that stuff?? are they like "scoops" from dark cloud 2 where they reward you for finding all of them?
But I ironically like the incident with Mio and Mayu, Sae started to lag behind and triped over leafy ledge. Yae looked over at her sister, but they were being pursued by the villagers so unlike Mio she panicked and went on without her. Sae was returned to the village, who then as a last desparate act tried to perform the ritual with Sae alone. Unfortunately it wasn't enough.
Actually she did come back to the village, but it was to late and everyone was already dead. This made her lose her memory becasue of the horrifing things she saw. She was then found by one of those men that visited the village and married him and then have kids who kids and she became the Grand mother of the greatest ghost hunter of all time.
Uh I think you're a little confused. The ritual went wrong because the twins attempted escape at the advice and help of that boy Itsuki I think his name was.
But if the ritual is done wrong then I guess the undead spirit of the twin-kusabi returns from the pit in a blood-crazed euphoria to wipe out anyone engulfed in the Repentence.
Well yes. The Kusabi is actually the sacrifice. Usually the first Kusabi is tortured alot and then thrown into the pit. Then they send twin sisters or brothers before the pit where the {POSSIBLE SPOILER} older sister or brother strangles the younger sister or brother to death. This makes the younger sister or brother the Kusabi and the older sister or brother the Remaining.{END OF SPOILER}
It's like this village was built over the mouth of a volcano to hell itself. The ritual has to go just right in order to make the volcano dormant again. But if anything goes wrong, the participants of the ritual become human/demon killing machines called Kusabis, and the volcano erupts engulfing this whole village in a dark limbo where they endlessly re-live the massacre these monsters unleash.
That's not what a Kusabi is, actually. A Kusabi was the "temporary" sacrifice, kind of like the stand-in if there were no twins. Mostly strangers to the village were used--visitors, outsiders. The more pain they endured before dying (they were chucked into the Abyss alive) the better the sacrifice. The reason THIS Kusabi is so violent is because the sacrifice went all wrong, due to Yae's escape and Sae being the only twin available.
Actually, the ritual went wrong because the man who became the Kusabi (Forgot Name) was obsessed with the Hellish Abyss, and wanted to see it. Since he was excited, and didn't feel the sorrow of being in pain, it failed.

Fatal Frame. Haunting Ground to me just seems like a 3D version of Dragon's Lair (as in you make a wrong move, you get a cool cutscene of you getting killed), and Silent Hill has more of a "shock horror" vibe to it similar to the Resident Evil series.
i went to the korosawa house and all i did was to kill the limbo man n the woman(ov course^^) but I HATE THOSE LIMBOZ ESPESIALLY THE LIMBO WOMAN TOO! HARD TO CATCH ON IN THE CAM! well actually not so expert on catching them and i really hate the kusabi i was already in then he kill went back to the start ov the hard work OOOOH! BOI!!!T.T!

How are they trapped? Is their some sort of spiritual barrier or is it physical? If its physical then its dumb cuz any physical barrier can be escaped from in time.
I believe it's a spiritual one. The entire village is a literal ghost town in that it doesn't exist in the real world (anyone that knows otherwise, please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong). The Twin Deities' statues are the gateway leading to it. *Once you pass that gate*, you get trapped in the town and forced to relive the horrible events that occurred there.

Part 2 is alot better then part 1, due to the fact that there are alot more things you can do, bigger map, better ghost kills, and alot more ghosts.

But I ironically like the incident with Mio and Mayu, Sae started to lag behind and triped over leafy ledge. Yae looked over at her sister, but they were being pursued by the villagers so unlike Mio she panicked and went on without her. Sae was returned to the village, who then as a last desparate act tried to perform the ritual with Sae alone. Unfortunately it wasn't enough.

And on a side note: I think Yae ran away and grew up to be come one of the key ghosts in Fatal Frame 1.

Actually she did come back to the village, but it was to late and everyone was already dead. This made her lose her memory becasue of the horrifing things she saw. She was then found by one of those men that visited the village and married him and then have kids who kids and she became the Grand mother of the greatest ghost hunter of all time.

Uh I think you're a little confused. The ritual went wrong because the twins attempted escape at the advice and help of that boy Itsuki I think his name was.

But if the ritual is done wrong then I guess the undead spirit of the twin-kusabi returns from the pit in a blood-crazed euphoria to wipe out anyone engulfed in the Repentence.

Well yes. The Kusabi is actually the sacrifice. Usually the first Kusabi is tortured alot and then thrown into the pit. Then they send twin sisters or brothers before the pit where the {POSSIBLE SPOILER} older sister or brother strangles the younger sister or brother to death. This makes the younger sister or brother the Kusabi and the older sister or brother the Remaining.{END OF SPOILER}

It's like this village was built over the mouth of a volcano to hell itself. The ritual has to go just right in order to make the volcano dormant again. But if anything goes wrong, the participants of the ritual become human/demon killing machines called Kusabis, and the volcano erupts engulfing this whole village in a dark limbo where they endlessly re-live the massacre these monsters unleash.

That's not what a Kusabi is, actually. A Kusabi was the "temporary" sacrifice, kind of like the stand-in if there were no twins. Mostly strangers to the village were used--visitors, outsiders. The more pain they endured before dying (they were chucked into the Abyss alive) the better the sacrifice. The reason THIS Kusabi is so violent is because the sacrifice went all wrong, due to Yae's escape and Sae being the only twin available.

Actually, the ritual went wrong because the man who became the Kusabi (Forgot Name) was obsessed with the Hellish Abyss, and wanted to see it. Since he was excited, and didn't feel the sorrow of being in pain, it failed.

Fatal Frame. Haunting Ground to me just seems like a 3D version of Dragon's Lair (as in you make a wrong move, you get a cool cutscene of you getting killed), and Silent Hill has more of a "shock horror" vibe to it similar to the Resident Evil series.

i went to the korosawa house and all i did was to kill the limbo man n the woman(ov course^^) but I HATE THOSE LIMBOZ ESPESIALLY THE LIMBO WOMAN TOO! HARD TO CATCH ON IN THE CAM! well actually not so expert on catching them and i really hate the kusabi i was already in then he kill went back to the start ov the hard work OOOOH! BOI!!!T.T!

apparently he kills you in one hit and you can't capture at this time in the game so Mayu has to run.

Because she's trapped. Anyone that enters past the Twin Deities statues get trapped in that village and usually die there.

How are they trapped? Is their some sort of spiritual barrier or is it physical? If its physical then its dumb cuz any physical barrier can be escaped from in time.

I believe it's a spiritual one. The entire village is a literal ghost town in that it doesn't exist in the real world (anyone that knows otherwise, please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong). The Twin Deities' statues are the gateway leading to it. *Once you pass that gate*, you get trapped in the town and forced to relive the horrible events that occurred there.
