  • it passes smog requirements. there are no db requirements for a smog check.

  • generally yes, but it may from state to state. emmisions wise, it will pass if the factory cat is intact. however, if your state does a visual check and does not allow aftermarket exhaust, then there might be an issue. therefore, please check with your local laws beforehand.
