it passes smog requirements. there are no db requirements for a smog check.

generally yes, but it may from state to state. emmisions wise, it will pass if the factory cat is intact. however, if your state does a visual check and does not allow aftermarket exhaust, then there might be an issue. therefore, please check with your local laws beforehand.

you mean db level correct? it will meet 95db requirements.

i don't remember if the wheels were stock, but it wouldn't affect the dyno results either way.
