It always help, of course! I played the whole song and after that I played the licks that didn't sound as well as I expected slowly several times, getting the tempo faster each time I saw it sounded well.

Huh, I didn't practice this song any specific time. I always practice lots of songs everyday and this one was one of my favourites, so the day I wanted to play that seriously I could play it well (as the video). But I think I used to play that song (and the 1:21 section you said, I love this part, is fucking nice to play :P) four or five times a day ^^

I strongly recommend you to practice the section in 1:20, the lick in 2:28 is very useful and also the ascending scale at the end of that (2:37)!

Well, you must play it for 30 mins aprox to fell comfortable with this guitar, but after that this guitar fuckin' rocks man! It sounds amazing and the palm mutes are very very heavy haha
