- Kreditkassen: an american millionaire begs his wife just to make another phone call, then calls the K-Bank in Oslo: Do you have american dollars?.... well, not more than me! and he laughs, much to his wifes annoyment.

I lived in Norway a few years, by the end of the 90's, some politicians were suggesting a law to forbid sales of frozen pizza on Sundays (family spirit etc). They could not make it pass....

anyway, I look for a few commercials from that era, they were great. Anyone remembering, or know where to access them:

- Telia or Telenor: a purple shirted hairdresser too busy answering phone calls in the shop, all clients leave. Music was Tainted love by Soft cell

well, the real reason for the popularity of Graondiosa is that its very cheap, some places you can buy 2 of those for the price of 1 bread. I realy didnt know that those comercials where that popular, and those who made them was clearly not making somthing seriuos my ques is the oposite they where made with a bit irony. Its very popular to have humour in Norwegian Comercials though, probably becouse we dont have so much money to spend on them, though that has probably changed the last years...

We where watching tv, and we saw some pretty bad comersials!! I wont say that all comersials in norway are good, cuz there not! but the comersials in norway are MUTCH better than in usa...!

Guys, he's right. Norwegian TV is full-loaded with commercals and crap! There's another type of commericals in Norway, and it's not only on TV, it's everywhere. Altrough, Norway kinda sucks... It's not a great contry to live in, there are this way-to-high taxes and crap. We norwegian folks like to think that everyone know about Norway, but it stinks, and you will probably hate me now, but Sweden is way better than Norway. Face it. (Og jeg er norsk sjøl..)

The Lørdagspizza commercial came before Full Pakke, second; the guy singing about his favorite cheese, is a guy who won a contest. you were supposed to make a song about the cheese: Norvegia, and the best song won. So he's not actually an artist. although i din't really get what you were saying there, so you might have said the excact thing I just explained ;)

The "lørdagspizza"-commercial was a massive hit, the song I mean, it was written by a 1980s cult singer Lars Kilevold and the song itself was downloaded over half a million times online and was actually an even bigger success than the "Full pakke"-campaign (Full pakke was a way of trying to copy the Lørdagspizza success). As far as pizza goes though... the Full Pakke is the best :)
