Pretty good, considering the instrument. But liking the voice a lot...

The only problem is the lisp. If it's a tongue piercing causing it, then I'd suggest removing it...permanently, if you want to sing for a living.

If it weren't for that, you'd be 100% ready to start gigging. You really do have a great singing voice. Keep at it... You never know what's round the corner.
