I think it will overheat with just 2 fans on the case, it needs the stock fan shroud with stock fans with fans on the case piped to the intake over the heatsinks and another exhaust heat extraction setup with more fans.

The hard drive is internal you would have to take apart to remove.

It runs very cool with a modded CPU heatsink and a fan on each heatsink with 2 fans exhausting the case. It's had no problems yet.
