Like they said, it's going to be "more limited" than the Halo 3 version and there is no reason to suggest that it won't be.

Perhaps the fact that YOU keep seeing the Halo 3 version in stores is because NO ONE bought that version in that they haven't run out of their inventory.

Regardless, it's a pretty good deal, especially for someone who likes HALO and is looking to get one of the NEW Xbox 360's.

@oOcraig787Oo You get controllers that require 2 AA batteries. No charge packs. You can buy a Play n Charge kit for $20 that includes 1 charge pack and 1 charger. There are also other packages that come with more stuff but Play n Charge kits are way more common. I actually forgot that I had one in my controller that I traded in to get credit to buy this. >:(

I held off on buying a 360 when H3 came out but now I think it's time. I'm going to get the Legendary version of Reach for sure. But I can't decide between a standard slim console ($299) or the Reach bundle ($399). The Reach console has 2 controllers but I can get those easily (my friend has 7).. so really, it feels like I'm paying an extra $100 for the sounds and paintjob. I could spend that 100 on another game or just get save $100.. .. any advice?

If purchased seperately, the extra controller and copy of Halo Reach is a $120 USD value. Plus the include Elite armor and copy of Halo Legends, and the aforementioned custom console and controller(s).

In addition, if you are interested in the KINECT that's also being bundled with the 4GB SLIM and later on they include it with the the 250 GB SLIM. You save $50 on the the price of the Kinect as compared to buying it seperately.

uhh... Cancel the pre-order for the game and pre-order the console. If this was done in a retail shop, they'd probably be able to credit whatever you put down ahead of time and/or simply transfer that amount towards the console.
