I have a vovox cable between my Soldano and Matamp cabinet and it cost me €50. I think, if it lasts forever, it's a great buy.

But for musician cables, Cordial have been the best value I've ever tried, and I've tried a lot. I also use Sommer patch cables.

@angrygoldfish 50 Euros is a good price for a Vovox! Our previous bass player had a vovox cable and was chuffed to bits with it :) Haven't tried one myself, because once I tried the Cordial cables, I saw no reason to look further LOL Like you say, I also consider them extremely good value for money :)

@chekkaone you're absolutely right! Everyone should try it for themselves and make their own judgement, as taste is something absolutely subjective, and you shouldn't take anyone else's word for what YOU like YOURSELF! :D

All Peter was saying, is that to his ears, with his guitars and his amps, it didn't work for him - and if one were to ask his opinion on the matter, then he'd have to say its not good LOL

That expensive cable Peter is talking about must be a Vovox,never tried one yet so no opinion on that,i'm pretty happy with Zaolla Silverline,truth is a good cable is so important,whatever brand one chooses to use.

1) Hat der Peter auch vielleicht gesagt welche Kabel er zum Verkabeln zwischen Topteil und Cab er gut findet?

2) Kann man das Kabel nur so als Meterware für ca. 1,25 € kaufen?

1) Genau das selbe hatte ich ihn auch gefragt - aber er sagte das das nicht sooo wichtig sei und das man nur darauf achten sollte das es ein hochwertiges Kabel sei.

2) Das Modell gibt's glaube ich nur als Meterware.

Hey Clive, thanks to this video + many other Cordial fans influencing me I've ordered just over 100 euros worth of Cordials for my rig, haha! Really should be saving for the Conklin... Hope all is wonderful in your world man! Haven't spoke in a while, shall have to have a chat soon =]

I also like cordials, but when you struggle over it, you need to solder them again. If you do that, they will last longer.

What made you say 'it's certainly not the best cable either?' as Peter says it's an opinion but Peter seems to speak quite highly of it.

Hey there :) - the one I'm talking about is the blue one which I'd gotten from the local music store, which turned out to be OK, but not the best one ... the one which Peter and I rave about is the Cordial cable which Peter recommended and convinced me as soon as I plugged it in!! ;) Peter doesn't say it in the video, but he also said that the blue cable is OK, but its certainly not the best one there is. Hope that clears it up? :)

Ahhhh yes, I thought you was talking about the Cordial :S that makes sence now, I'm now going to spend alot of money on them I think once I understand the difference between the different ones they offer. Cheers bro!

Hi :)

The brand name is Cordial ... I saw an advert for them in the recent Guitar World, so I'm guessing they're available all over (well, at least in Germany and USA, hence ;)).
