Here in the Midwestern part of the USA we call it a polar plunge. But we don't climb down the ladder we make the hole big enough so we can jump in or even dive in. I think your version is a little more sane
the viking sauna tour with Lena was fantastic!!! I go to the sauna here in holland once in while, but this was a totally different experience. :) Lena, thanks for a wonderfull time! if I come back to stockholm I'll certainly go on the tour again!
