I also draw raised eyebrows on Washington's face, so he looks angry, because he would be if he knew what we have allowed to become of the country he fought so hard to create.
No matter who wins (I hope it's Paul) they will find it very hard to correct the downward spiral that America, in fact all developed countries is in. When Ron wins, expect hard times for a few years whilst the fiscal and manufacturing bases are repaired We should all hope that peace is "allowed" for years to come to recoup the money the USA taxpayers lost to the war machine and get behind alternative fuel making to save on oil imports. I think you're great, but that idea is bad for these reasons:
1. grafitti is defacement of property, if you're going to keep the bill fine, but if you are going to exchange or deposit the bill then you're just being a slob and it doesn't represent ron paul well.
2. the currency does have value, we just need to free the currency market up from nonsence like the fed and the monopoly of the fed government over the production and distribution of money.

@danz177 I agree with you in many aspects, I would love for Cheney to be seen as a criminal, I have to say that because it is not included in the constitution it doesn't mean government doesn't hav the power to do it. Article 1 section 8 includes the necessary and proper clause which gives the government the right to do what is right for the country. Again, I completely agree with you that killing anyone without a charge is wrong. But that shouldn't cause social programs to be abolished.

He also wants to get rid of the EPA, certain FDA regulations (like the pasteurization of milk), and wants to abolish Roe v. Wade. The top 1% owns 40% of the U.S. income, they need to increase capital gains taxes so that multi-millionaires, like Romney, won't pay the low 13.9% taxes annually a year. Obama's new budget showed that the deficit would be 3% of GDP by 2017.

And an idea for Ron Paul'ers who may think the defacing dollar bills is not a good idea, the organized Ron Paul for President groups such as the local Meetup groups have the heavy duty corrugated plastic yard signs for about $3 or $4 ea. Just buy one, keep it in your car, and whenever/wherever you park, prop it up in one of the windows (when not driving).

Good idea Kathryn, I will. I think the problem with getting Paul elected will be fearful old folks who are afraid to try something new. Iran will never be a threat to us militarily and Israel IS completely capable of defending itself. I support Paul because he makes sense and he is obviously not of the same mold as the others ( the usual suspects) and for the fact that, at first glance, he does seem a bit of a crack pot. He is the breath of fresh air that we need to save us, GOD HELP US ! AMEN.

I think you're great, but that idea is bad for these reasons:
1. grafitti is defacement of property, if you're going to keep the bill fine, but if you are going to exchange or deposit the bill then you're just being a slob and it doesn't represent ron paul well.
2. the currency does have value, we just need to free the currency market up from nonsence like the fed and the monopoly of the fed government over the production and distribution of money.
3. I could go on but i'm running out of space

The only thing that makes it work is people's trust in it, trust that is largely derived from the false perception that our currency is still backed by gold. That, and the Federal law stating that it must be accepted for payment of debts. When trust is lost in a fiat currency, the currency dies, it is rendered worthless and therefore useless.
