@trcgould although i can't read that subtitle either, the conversation seems to be 'what remains? the language remains', a conversation with gunter gaus, which is reprinted in the portable hannah arendt. there,the dialogue in which the section of video you refer to is '(this ought not to have happened. and i don't mean just the number of victims). i mean the method, the fabrication of corpses and so on - i don't need to go into that. (this should not have happened).'

yes, very difficult to find ANYTHING in/with English translation... would love to see a channel with her english content, let me know if you have any info...
