'84, definitely. Kira didn't joined til that year, by '85 the were already changing their sound again, and by '86 both her and Stevenson had left the band.
In case anyone was wondering, the rack mount gear that Greg Ginn is using in this video is the super awesome and super rare Roland SIP-300 guitar preamp. Below that is a Roland SPA-120 poweramp!
I am a huge Buscuits fan, I became a drummer because of Biscuits work in DOA, but listen up, Bill Stevenson is an amazing drummer too! Don't judge by this video either, because it's just a rehearsal.
