I didn't see a single thing that should start a debate if Egyptians were black or not. It's African history and if someone is interested in African history it's a worthy cause, oh, and it's worthy since Egypt has one of the most fascinating histories.
which modern day people have a linguistic relationship to the ancient egyptians? I think the berbers do. Honestly though Egypt sits at a confluence of several cultural ethnic groups. To say that egypt was white or black would be vastly oversimplifying things.

@Detson202 If in fact these were foreigners as it is obvious that egypt is in africa,not europe,then we have some historical or archaelogical evidence to show a cultural connection to africa and the medditerranian,and there is no such connection,but on the other hand when studying ancient kush(ethiopia),and the sudan,and nubia,you then know that the egyptians were nothing but a colony of nubians!!!The only europeans or whiteskinned rulers that ever ruled in kemet were invaders mainly the hyskos
