Nope.
The 120 and 150 are the same thing, except the 150 is slightly brighter, and can read memory cards.

Yes, but in Standard Definition. Will still look better than most SD TV's do.
What do you plan to use this projector for?

Mostly to show images off my camcorder, or anyone's camera, where using a TV isn't available, or being used. Looking at a 24" image is a LOT easier, than a tiny viewfinder.
Also makes for a good display for a batt-op DVD player. (Storm outages)
