@wildcatproduction She was "released" from the show (aka fired) & given "permission" to film a pilot for a sitcom that would air on NBC called "My Life As An Experiment". If the show was picked up to start in the fall, she'd be free of her CM contract. My Life wasn't picked up so CBS used their "option" to basically force her to come back to CM bc their ratings were crashing after firing her & AJ Cook. She had to come back whether she wanted to or not. VERY glad she'll be back. But that sucks.

@Ajordan111 Actually I don't have any clips, but the scene is from 3x14 "Damaged" when JJ is singing "Garcia and Kevin sitting in a tree" (sadly it didn't refer to H/P) and Reid doesn't know what the song means. I just added that line because it was funny/applicable to my comment. :]
