Carmilla was an enemy in more then one game.

She was a boss fight in "Rondo of Blood" and her mask also appeared in Castlevania 2 for the NES.

Besides of Cotm and Judgement I can't remember where she also appeared. Well... the enemy-describtion of Laura (PoR) mention her at least.

Every time Dracula comes back, he looks slightly different. He looks older in this game, but in PoR, he looks younger and has short hair. Alternativly, in Order of Ecclesia, he looks more like he does in this game.
