Dr. Pousti performed a, extended tummy tuck, breast lift with implants on me on June 22nd 2010. Its was the best thing I have ever done for myself. Yes it hurts; but the pain isn't forever. I stopped pain meds after 6 days. I feel beautiful again. Dr. Pousti is an excellent surgeon. I Highly recommend him.

i'm having one in a few months. The recovery time is what i'm dreading the most, but maybe in the long run it'll be well worth it.

OMG I want a tummy tuck but there is no way I could go through this and survive. I was scared out of my mind when I had a c-section. I was a nervous reck.

I have a personal training client that lost 200lbs plus and had that done..She looks fabulous.. After 3 years of working so hard to get to her goal weight it was the finishing touch ..She is happy...soooo to say you never would do that as gross as it is ..walk a mile in someones shoes that worked so hard ..like her and I bet you would.. she also had 17 inches of skin cut off from her arms..

@cin2222 In my opinion, having plastic surgery after working so hard really defeats the purpose of the hard work. Surgeries are never good unless you'll die without it. The goal of weight loss is to be healthy. Having ones of these surgeries is like, going back to where she started from.

Sometimes after you have lost that much weight the skin is so lose there is no way it will go back ..SO when someone has worked that hard and has alot and I mean alot of skin that just hangs there and will NEVER go away why not do something about it..Its an individual choice,

so in answer to 'after working so hard ' it ENHANCED the hard work that they did..and this women WORKED HARD!!!!!!

Good god. I just could not put myself through something like that - ever. If I got into a car accident and got all mashed up then maybe I would get surgery to repair the damage but just for cosmetic vain purposes - hell no. And I'm no stunner - I'm overweight and need to lose weight . But there is just no way - what on earth makes someone so bothered about what they look like that they go through this?!  Ouch!

But I am 24, lived my whole life as an over weight person, at my highest I was 100kgs (Im 5'3!!)

Im now 63kgs with my goal being 60kgs and on June 22 2011 I am having this surgery done.

For me its about finishing what I started and about being able to live. Its hard to be proud of losing nearly 40kgs when you have whats left of it hanging off your belly :)

tht was a vry interesting video, but explaination of the process would be very helpful. Also pic of before and after, different types of complaction that can happened with the operation in one place would be very helpful to any one wanting to know more
