Love this look! I've been wearing it all over New Orleans for Autumn. People have been stopping me on the street and commenting on how much they like this look and asking where I found this shadow. I always tell them: "Maybelline, the drug store, Forest Fury!" It works really well with neutral or dark Fall clothing colors!

I LOVE IT! Green is my FAVORITE color & I have green eyes, but I never know how to encorporate it into my look except for adding a hint in the crease along w/black. I love the way you blended the colors & which color you put where as I have, in some form, by other brands, similar greens in this palette! Yay, now i have ideas brewing! Thanks! =)

Actually Lancome Paris owns Loreal Paris and the company tookover Maybelline just a few yrs ago..hence the high pigment colors and better quality mascaras now..

The reason they're so similar is because L'Oreal, the company that owns Maybelline, ALSO owns Lancome...that's why you find so many drugstore products that are similar to high-end products...a lot of times, they are pretty much the exact same thing (ie L'Oreal Color Juice lipglosses and Lancome Juicy Tubes)

Aw, so happy you did this video! I was looking at these at my work and I actually opened one and swatched it (oooops) and they seemed really great, but so much shimmer. I do not go out at night all that much so it is kind of BAM! for daytime and work. I kind of want to grab the purple set, anyways..very very nice!

I don't know why I don't think this wouldn't work for me. I think there is too much color going on between the bright shadow, pink cheeks and the the lips.

I think I'd try it but I would play down the cheeks & lips a bit so it doesnt look like my face is competing with itself.

I don't know if it's my screen display color or the neon green gives off a soft brownish golden sheen, it's more visible when you finish the look and sit away from the cam and show your lids to us...oh never mind :D

Hey Emily! I wouldn't be surprised if the Lancome and the Maybelline eye shadows are the exact same formulation - since both companies are owned by L'Oreal! BTW I gotta say - thank you for NOT being a makeup snob! I feel like a lot of YT gurus snub their noses at drugstore brands -- when many times the drugstore version is the same or better than the so-called high-end brand! To the smart consumer, they just look like pretentious fools!

I love this green look and I don't think it's too much at all. While I don't have the 5 color Lancome in greens, I do have the 6 color in greens from the holiday collection and the colors are so similar to these! I wear them together like this quite often.  There's something about Lancome greens that are just yummy! I will be definitely trying one of the Maybellines to see how they stack up, as I have only one of the new 5 color Lancomes. If they work, I'll buy them instead and save some $!

I like the green but I think there is too much. Green is one of those colors that looks better when paired with a neutral crease and natural browbone color. One time I tried a look with a light green and a dark one in the outer V.. It was overkill. Ever since I always go easy when wearing greens. A very bright green is ok if it's the star of the show

And the rest is just accent neutrals.
