Yes I nearly always use compresion dont know which on here I like to use loads of differnt ones but I love the waves plugins I think theres a spot of chorus on this vid aswell.

what is the difference? they only add an active system to the electronic of a jazz bass?

to be honest I never really use the active circuit i prefer the sound with it off

pretty much, its a 70's jazz bass with active electronics.

yes however it does have a lequan bass ass 2 bridge which is a must. its has noisy pickups as well.
