good lift, but the number one rule when doing a TGU is always keep your eyes on the weight!!! It as saved me a few times. Had I been looking away I might have dropped it on my head, instead of being able to catch it.

I think I would do this with a dumbell ....this pretty stress(harm)full for your wrist!
