Very interesting, combining the positive and negative this is real esoteric practice I teach something very similar. @M0481 Actually according to John level 4 is only obtainable by some people, he said there are three auras white (good intentions/good person) black (bad intentions/bad person) and yellow (at peace with the universe) and only those with the yellow aura will be able to combine Yin and Yang chi in the Dan Tien and do what is demonstrated in this video but I agree with what you say.

@ballzan Qi gong is actually a mother art. It can be used for anything and everything. There are many different types of qi gong such as healing qi gong, self defense qi gong, spiritual qi gong, etc. Once you learn how to manipulate and project qi the possibilities are endless.

Actually he is a Qi Gong practitioner as well as a Kung Fu practitioner. I've never met a Nei Gong master who was didn't study both Kung Fu and Qi Gong. It's as they say; you can learn the internal from the external, the external from the internal.

If you are truly interested in these arts you should worry less about the labels and more about meditating ;) The very idea that you care so much only illustrates your attachments. You must let go of your attachments before the Tao will show you.

Not tryin to speak down, just spreadin light.... lord know I'm working on my attachments. Taoist trick; We speak our attachments. Try to speak less (you'll actually retain more energy). When you want to speak, stop and ask 'why'. More times then not you'll find that you wanted to speak because of some self serving desire... your attachment :) Once you see this in yourself you can change it. When you spend more time 'listening' people will enjoy your company even more.
