She is a regular client and we were just touching up for roots. If you do a full highlight down the back and then cut it short, you blunt off all the color and end up with a dotted or feathered look. Its best to highlight half way knowing what you are going to do with the cut.

on the highights I see you didnt go all the way down is that because I was just grow out? Or was it light enough already?
