I made a typo at about 2 am! Wow, I must be an idiot. And don't be such a hypocrite by supporting this guy when you're telling me to move on. This guy instead of simply sucking up his hate for Halo mikes a video ranting about how he hates it since it is, in fact, not a movie. Halo has focused on Gameplay more than story, ODST's story was fine, and the gameplay is much more tactical than before (yet you're complaining because apparently you suck). If you want a focus on story, play MGS4.

What I'm saying, is that this is not a review, this is not a critique; Hell, this is barely a video. This is an angsty "fight what's popular" kid who hates Halo and rants about it. Halo isn't the best, and it's definitely over-hyped, but I find it to be pretty fun. I, for one, enjoyed ODST's Narrative (while it's not the greatest in gaming, it's still good). This game has a tactical approach. But, since it bears the Halo name, anti-culture bastards will constantly whine about it.

Its been a while since a ranting monkey review. As a Halo Fanboy i can assure you i am not a fratboy. Anyway you didn't really review the game. You just spurted out your hatred for the chef and how hard it was on legendary and heroic. given that they are the hardest difficulty's on the game you are bond to die over and over but thats beside the point. You didn't say anything about Firefight either. I knew your comments on the halo 3 ODST would be vulgar to say the least.

actually worked well enough to be enjoyable. And it was. Nothing that would (or at least wouldn't without the fanboys) change the course of gaming, but something that showed console FPS's could be done. It didn't claim to be anything else than a fair attempt. And it was. Now we've got them making $60 expansions that are basically the same thing except now you're weaker and you've got a couple silenced weapons...Sounds SO fun...

Can't say I'm disappointed that I only rented it. It's not terrible...but you could certainly do much better than it. As with the Halo franchise as a whole. Firefight was entertaining. So...ODST. Picked it up today, and it's a fun time waster. Nothing revolutionary, and kinda 'meh', but the firefight mode is fun with 3 friends.

I'm not fratboy, but i absolutely love Halo as a series. The firefight mode in ODST is fantastic, and if you don' t like it, you can kindly go fuck off. It's the best survival mode I've seen on any Next-Gen shooter, and for a co-operative mode it kicks ass.
