if you have a well trained staravia or monferno you should have no problems at all beating gardenia but if you chose turtwig or piplup and you do not have staravia or starly you should make a stop by route 211 and catch a ponyta and train it up a few levels and you will beat her easy

i beat this gym easy with a level 25 monferno and level 25 staravia i beat this gym with no problems at all
