Love the info on pressure points and how to relieve back pain. I am only 16weeks but with a triple high risk pregnancy and back pain and migraines are killing me, yoga has helped my back already.
Now pregnant with my second.. and overdue again! Just had to watch the film to remind myself of the pressure points. All went brilliantly last time, and had a great home birth experience. Same planned again, with the same midwife, so feeling lucky! Esther and I have now made a pregnancy DVD which will be available soon on yogatic. Good luck all you overdue ladies out there!!
you can gear from ur accent that ur from holland anyway... i rememba wen ma mom was pregnant with ma baby sis and she was doing exercises like this and i was scared that somethin might happen to the baby so i hid or popped the baloon and i dind`t want her 2 go toilet cozz i though the baby might come out XD
@Seph272 How far gone are you? I had my baby 13 days after my due date...the wait was horrible :( Were now trying for baby #2. Good luck with your pregnancy. x
I just want to say thank you for posting this, im 37 wks pregnant, dilated to 6 and 75% efaced and am feeling uncomfortable and these starting relieving my pain instantly... hopefully they will keep my labor progressing so I can have my baby girl soon!
who gives a damn? youre prpbably just someone who does yoga coz its the "cool" thong to do in your social circle, its important to wear something comfortable, thats not going to get caught up, and the instructors will usually wear tight things so uyou can see the exact pose andposture to use, but you wouldnt know that would you now?
Jess had a beautiful baby boy, she felt the pressure points did work and got things going, she had a natural home birth without interventions, just in time. Otherwise she would have had to be induced.
In the end though you do never know what caused the happy ending!
this is awesome video, and very brave.

Very helpful video!!!
My wife is@ the end of her 9 month (40 weeks) and we tried the massaging points.... I can't tell you how triggering they are.
She started feeling contractions from yesterday and they are getting more.
Hope everything will be fine...
I will tell you soon and keep up the good work

how long after doing the accupressure did she start labor? how long did you do accupressure?
loveart18 2 years ago
I don't remember. but i think after 2 days she started labor.
We used to do it many many times a day, i.e. the morning when she wakes up and through the day and at night before she sleeps
now we have a very cute baby boy who has 1 month old

I suggest you don't do it until you be in your 9 month pregnancy or after the 37 weeks
